The rain didn't stop hundreds of people from attending Light City Baltimore's opening night.
The festival begin with a parade at 8 p.m. Then visitors from across the globe meandered through the exhibits and art displays.
Light City organizers expect the festival to attract 400,000 guests. The festival runs through Saturday, April 8.
