BALTIMORE, Md. (WMAR) - Baltimore City Public Schools naming Laquisha Hall as its Teacher of the Year.
Hall is a high school Language Arts teacher, who has been at Carver Vocational Technical High School since 2015.
She wins a cash award, school supplies and now represents Baltimore in the state Teacher of the Year competition.
