New moms now have a place to nurse while traveling in and out of Baltimore.
Amtrack rolled out their new lactation suites on Friday that accommodates nursing mothers at five different major train stations across the country.
The new suites are in Baltimore, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Chicago, and eventually New York Penn Station. The lactation suite is a mobile pod with comfortable benches, a fold-down table, an electrical outlet for plugging in a breast pump, and a door that can be locked for privacy.
The pod is designed for individual use but can fit more than one person, as well as other kids.
At Baltimore Penn Station, you can find the suites on the concourse level, near the police office and stairwell, across from the ticketing line.
