Downtown Partnership of Baltimore released its annual report, cataloging projects projects within a one-mile radius of Pratt and Light Streets that were planned, under construction or completed between April 1, 2015 through Dec. 31, 2016.
According to the Downtown Baltimore Development Report, more than $500 million was spent on development projects in the area last year - more than 2014 and 2015 combined.
