Man believed to be killed during Baltimore robbery

Police found him unresponsive with head injury in SE Baltimore

BALTIMORE — Police are investigating a Saturday night homicide in Southeast Baltimore.

Officers were called to the 400 block of Imla Street for a report of an unresponsive male. On the scene, they found 37-year-old Santos Medrano, unresponsive with a head injury. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

Investigators believe that the motive of this incident was robbery.
