Wednesday, Holly Poultry unveiled its new state of the art processing plant in West Baltimore.
The nearly 38,000 square foot plant could double Holly's production over the next three to five years. And it could bring 100 new jobs to the neighborhood.
"Providing jobs and growing jobs in our city is really important," said Mayor Catherine Pugh.
The expansion will allow the company to expand its processing line.
