The Baltimore City Council wants to discuss upcoming medical marijuana dispensaries and their impact on Baltimore Wednesday.
The public hearing will focus on equity in the process of selecting those who should receive a license, the dispensaries themselves, how they would affect zoning and enforcement and the impact of the community plans in Baltimore.
That hearing happens at 1 p.m. at City Hall.
