Baltimore City Department of Public Works tweeted that there's a 36-inch water main break in the 2700 block of Gwynns Falls Parkway.
Crews are on the scene with salt trucks to help keep flooded streets from freezing.
A DPW official said that crews are still assessing the situation. Currently, Gywnns Falls is closed from Poplar Grove to Evergreen.
