Good morning from the Maryland SPCA, Freckles and Cabbage!
If you're looking to add a furry member to the family, you need to act soon. Tuesday, July 31 is the last day that adoption fees for cats and kittens are being waived as part of the Maryland 2,000. The program aims to help save 2,000 cats and the Maryland SPCA says they're very close to reaching that goal.
