Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake celebrated Women's History Month Tuesday by hosting some very motivated young women at Baltimore City Hall.
A group of junior and senior high school girls spend the day shadowing successful female leaders and professionals in the city as part of the "Women Leading Baltimore event.
The event is designed to build engagement and support between women in the city and to encourage area professional women to become mentors and role models to young girls.
Many of the girls were excited to be part of the program and a lot of the seniors have already chosen a college for next year.
