BALTIMORE (AP) - Lovers of magical cartoon horses are galloping into Baltimore for an annual convention devoted to the animated television series "My Little Pony."
The BronyCon website says more than 10,000 fans from around the world will attend the event Friday through Sunday at the Baltimore Convention Center and adjacent Hilton hotel.
The website says participants are welcome to wear colorful costumes. Metal swords are prohibited, and other weapon props must be disabled. Real firearms are not allowed.
The event schedule includes a session on making Pegasus wings and unicorn horns. There's also a session on pony-guided meditation.
The stars of the show are writers, artists and voice actors from the "My Little Pony" TV show, specials and 1986 movie.
