The Baltimore Water Taxi will offer free rides during their open house.
Locals will get to ride on special routes Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Boats will depart and return to the Fell’s Point Water Taxi landing on S. Broadway St.
Metered and free 2-hour street parking will be available in the area.
