Police say a man named Neil Davis went to the school with a gun to try to talk to Marks about disciplining his younger sister. They say Davis became hostile and shot Marks, who is a Special Education Assistant at the school.

Davis is facing several charges including attempted murder. He's also been charged in connection with a murder that happened last year in North Baltimore.
