The Facebook ads that were linked to Russia meddling have been released. One of the ads was featured in Maryland and had a picture of Freddie Gray.
The ad ran just a few months after the Baltimore riots following the death of Freddie Gray. Besides Gray, the ad also includes pictures of Michael Brown and Tamir Rice.
Lawmakers investigating Russia's meddling say the ad was one of more than 260 created by Russia to stir up tensions on race, gun ownership, and police before the 2016 election.
According to Facebook, the ads reached up to 150 million people.
One Republican senator said Maryland was one of the states most heavily targeted by Russia with their ads.
