Four CSX train cars derailed late Sunday night; no injuries reported

BALTIMORE, Md. — Four CSX train cars derailed in South Baltimore late Sunday night.

CSX officials said Just before 10:00 p.m., a CSX train derailed four railcars at the Hollins Ferry Road crossing in Baltimore.

According to Baltimore City Fire Chief Roman Clark, three of the four cars were filled with diesel. There was a leak, but it has since been contained.

There are no injuries or evacuations and Baltimore City firefighters and CSX representatives are working closely to assess the situation.
