A high-rise building caught on fire Monday morning at 225 N Calvert Street, causing road closures near Circuit Court.
The Baltimore City Office of Emergency Management said E Saratoga Street is blocked between Guilford Avenue and Calvert Street, and E Lexington is blocked between Calvert Holliday.
Motorists headed to the Circuit Court today are advised to leave extra time due to the fire.
