At 1 p.m., the tracks were reopened. However, Penn Line Trains 428 and 445 have been canceled while trains 430, 532 and 634 are experiencing major delays.
Amtrak has reopened the Penn Line tracks, but all trains - both Amtrak and MARC - will continue to experience major delays due to train congestion and crews and equipment being out of position. We understand that delays will be extensive and appreciate your patience.
