A family was displaced by a fire in Baltimore City Thursday night at the cause is under investigation.

Around 10 p.m., Baltimore City firefighters were called to the 4500 block of Seminole Avenue after getting reports of a house fire in the area.

Crews arrived to find smoke and flames coming from the two-story, single-family home.

It took crews about two hours to get the fire under control, and because of the conditions, firefighters battled the blaze from outside the building.

No injuries were reported, but the frie caused about $120,000 damage.
