Bird and Lime scooters are all over Baltimore City. Anyone having trouble finding a scooter can report these issues soon.
It's called "Community Mode" on Bird's app.
This includes a way to report or complain about bad parking jobs. Users can also report if they find any damaged scooters.
Bird says they will send someone to put the scooters in a better location.
They also have mechanics who can repair the damaged ones.
Bird says the feature on the app will be available in the coming weeks.
