BALTIMORE — The Felder House of Etiquette has launched its new "Etiquette and Fashion Technology on Wheels".

The mobile pop-up will allow organizers to go to neighborhoods with high levels of crime and poverty to help kids learn day to day life skills and healthy ways to resolve conflict.

"Because at the end of the day it's about these children and we want to have a safe haven learning center for our babies," said owner Linda Felder. "We need to teach these babies etiquette, we have to take them back to the basics and that's my mission. Going back to the basic life skills that was lost"

Felder launched the non-profit in 2006. She says she hopes the mobile bus will give her a chance to partner with schools and other community organizations.
