FedEx Ground will open a distribution facility at Tradepoint Atlantic at Sparrows Point.
The new 300,000-square-foot for FedEx Ground, the small-package ground delivery unit of FedEx Corp., is expected to employ about 150 combined full- and part-time employees.
Governor Hogan says Tradepoint Atlantic will help grow the region's economy. Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz says upon completion the facility could bring 10,000 new jobs to the area.
