It's been five months since a Baltimore woman went missing, but her family and friends are not giving up their search.

Akia Eggleston disappeared in May while she was eight months pregnant.

The now 23-year-old missed her own baby shower and important doctor appointments, which was considered unusual since she had a high-risk pregnancy.

Eggleston also left behind her three-year-old daughter.

On Saturday a prayer vigil was held for her on the corner of Cherrycrest Road, the last known place she was seen.

Family and friends say they are just looking for somebody to step forward with some information about her disappearance. They are asking for the community's help, the church's help, and the police's help to give closure.

Eggleston was due in June. Anyone with information is urged to call police.
