BALTIMORE — Family and friends gather to remember a young mother that was shot to death on her son’s 7th birthday.
25-year-old Renika Howard was shot in Cherry Hill on Thursday at about 5:20 p.m. The young mother took a trip to the store and did not return. Police say she was shot in the middle of the street.
