BALTIMORE — Families of the Booker T. Washington Middle School for the Arts in Baltimore got food for Thanksgiving.

The school handed out about 250 meals Thursday afternoon.

This is all thanks to Ravens safety and Hall of Famer Ed Reed and his foundation.

"Our families at this time need the help. We want to be able to show our families that we love and care about them and we want them to know that in this time of need we have the ability to give them a little just a something to show them that Booker T. Washington is still here and still wants to support them."

On Friday, The Seed School of Maryland will hand out 400 meals for families from Reed and his foundation.
