East Baltimore man dead after suffering gunshot wound to the head

BALTIMORE — A man in East Baltimore has died after suffering a gunshot wound to the head Wednesday night.

Baltimore Police arrived to the scene just before 10 p.m. in the area of 1200 N. Milton Street and found an adult man suffering from a gunshot wound.

He was transported to a local hospital and was pronounced deceased.

On July 17, police identified him as 24-year-old Wayne Phillips.
