BALTIMORE — A massive sinkhole opened in East Baltimore and crews are working to repair it.
Department of Transportation and DPW crews are repairing a 12-inch water main break at N. Chester Street and Ashland Avenue.
The public is asked to avoid the area and expect traffic impacts.
Crews have taken steps to stop the flow of water and are assessing the conditions at the site.
