Protesters from around the city united Sunday against President Trump's executive order targeting undocumented immigrants.
People marched the streets and carried signs. Their conversations about recent arrests and roundups made by ICE officials over the weekend.
At least 150 people attended the rally.
Thursday, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals blocked the president's immigration executive order.
Those at the rally say America should be a place where everyone can come for a better life.
"Right here on this exact street in 1913 my great-grandparents came here from Poland fleeing war and fleeing bad things, the same things all these people are and i absolutely think anybody that is fleeing anything, anybody that wants to come and make a better life, we've got room, we've got money, come," Bonni Lloyde told ABC2.
President Trump's team promises action on its temporary travel ban - which is now caught up in the courts.
The president says the administration is weighing its options, and he may issue a whole new order as early as Monday.
