BALTIMORE — One Baltimore company is being asked to clean up its act after multiples complaints about online orders taking weeks to arrive.

One Maryland based company that says it can supply you with your needs, but online reviews show massive delays in delivery and complaints being filed with the better business bureau.

Customers detailing the highs and lows of dealing with Freedom Paper Company.

The Better Business Bureau says the company is not accredited with the BBB.

Because the company fails to communicate with customers and the delay in product delivery the business has an F rating.

The BBB says there are other concerns as well.

"Knowing this is a legitimate company. It appears, we don’t know where it’s located," said President and CEO of BBB Serving Greater Maryland, Angie Barnett. "We only have a PO box. Their standing, as filing as a business, is not in good status or good standing with the state. We don’t actually know if they manufacture their own products. We question that. There’s so much unknown about this business."

And while many people want to support the business — the BBB says be warned --- especially if others are filing complaints.
