The Baltimore City Police Department's civilian oversight panel will discuss their plans to move forward after a controversial traffic stop involving a police officer and the chair of the panel.
Marvin McKenstry was accused of impeding traffic while dropping off another panel member on April 13, 2019. Officials said McKenstry was issued five citations after refusing at least 60 requests from the officer for his license and registration.

Mckenstry stepped down from his position as chair fo the panel but he is still a member.
Tuesday's meeting is open to the public.
It will take place at City Hall from Noon-2 p.m.
