The downtown Baltimore skyline is going to change with the construction of what will be the city’s tallest building.

The apartment complex, with 394 units and shops and restaurants on the first floor, is being built at Light and Conway streets.

The total cost of the project is more than $160 million, and residents will be able to move in by late summer 2018.
