Fire crews revived an unconscious cat after rescuing it from a house fire Saturday morning in southwest Baltimore.

The Baltimore City Fire Department responded to the 2500 block of Fairmont Avenue for a fire at a two-story row home.

All occupants made it out the house safely and no injuries were reported.

Firefighters found an unresponsive cat in the home and were able to revive it.

It took crews approximately 40 minutes to extinguish the fire.

One family was displaced and the cause of the fire is being investigated.
