Changes could be coming to the Charm City Circulator

Posted
and last updated

You could see some changes to the Charm City Circulator routes in Baltimore.

The Department of Transportation has proposed some routes be cut in an effort to address budget concerns. The current proposal restructures the routes but will continue to service passengers.

Changes would eliminate the Banner Route, the Green Route and the Purple Route Northern extension from Penn Station to 33rd Street beginning January 2017.

The DOT plans to hold several public information sessions to talk about the possible changes.

The comment period on the proposal runs through October 31. Citizens can mail or email comments to the Department of Transportation, 417 E. Fayette Street, Room 559, Baltimore, MD 21202 or to info@charmcitycirculator.com (with CCC Proposed Changes as the subject).
