BALTIMORE — There's a lot of chalk in Little Italy as the Madonnari Arts Festival is taking place this weekend.
Artists are drawing all over the side walks of the Baltimore neighborhood.
"I love the event, i think it is so powerful there are artists from all over the world doing art on the street. there's something for everyone," said Jonathan Willen of Vintage Affairs. "There's a kids play area, there's a shopping area, there's food...you can enjoy everything and be everything this weekend."
The festival runs through Sunday.
