Tisha Edwards, executive vice president of corporate affairs for The JS Plank and DM DiCarlo Family Foundation and a former interim CEO and chief of staff for Baltimore City Public Schools, will serve as chief of staff.
Del. Peter Hammen will serve as chief of operations.
Former Baltimore County Executive Jim Smith as chief of strategic alliances.
Karen Stokes, who previously served as the director of Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter's Office of Transition Planning, will serve as director of government relations.
Anthony McCarthy will continue in his role as director of communications for the mayor's office.
