Victim found inside burning car in Northeast Baltimore being investigated as a homicide

BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are now investigating after a victim was found dead inside a burning car.

Police say in reference to the suspicious death that happened on Monday in the 3800 block of Saint Lo Drive, the Medical Examiner’s office determined this to be a homicide.

The victim suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the body. At this time the victim’s identity is still unknown.

Baltimore City Fire is investigating a scene in the 2800 block of St. Lo Drive after a body was found in a car.

Fire officials say the cause of death is still under investigation at this time.
