The Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter is waiving its adoption fees on Thursday, October 11th and Friday, October 12th because it's out of space for new animals.
This is the third time this has happened in the last two months.
Anyone who's interested in adopting an animal should bring a photo ID and proof of their current address.

The open admission shelter takes in about 11,000 animals every year.
