The Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter is out of space.
Starting Friday, July 6 through Sunday, July 8 BARCS is waiving adoption fees for all animals in their shelters.
Free adoption is an effort to find our furry friends a forever loving home while at the same time making way for new animals seeking refuge at the facility.
BARCS is an open admission shelter in Baltimore City and cannot turn away animals even in the event their cages are full.
