BARCS is debuting revolutionary technology to help find lost pets.
The animal rescue and shelter is now offering the Baltimore community a new tool to help identify lost and adoptable animals find their home.
The technology powered by Finding Rover will allow every dog and cat that enters BARCS' shelter system to be registered in their domain. The users of Finding Rover can use their smartphones or computer to search the shelter and surrounding areas to find their missing pet.
Finding Rover also features dogs and cats that are available for adoption.

BARCS says once pets are registered, they are protected for life.
