BALTIMORE — Baltimore youth are getting ready to be back in the classroom, and folks are making sure they are prepared for the school year.
Justin “Dr. Baltimore” Inman of Resilience Performance Lab hosted a back-to-school event in which students are got free haircuts and braids on Saturday.
In addition, 1500 book bags filled with school supplies were given away for free.
The end result is helping these rising classroom stars feel confident and prepared.
Laptops were also raffled off for high school and college students.
