BALTIMORE — Baltimore Mayor Jack Young will be welcoming participants to the Baltimore Washington Virtual Carnival.
The Carnival will host guests via Instagram Live on July 11th and July 12 on the BaltimoreOneCarnival Instagram page.
The event will begin at noon and end at 6 p.m. on both days!
