Tuesday will be a big day for seniors and disabled residents in Baltimore City.
The housing authority will celebrate the groundbreaking of the Hollins House on West Baltimore Street Tuesday afternoon.
The development has had more than $10 million in renovations and will remain affordable for low income households.
