For some kids Johns Hopkins Hospital is where they’ll spend majority of their time. Which means these kids will miss decorating their own bedrooms, playing with their favorite toys and games, but one Baltimore teen is working tirelessly to change these kids’ frowns to smiles.

Allison Naglieri, 16, of Baltimore created Spread Smiles a nonprofit organization two years ago in an effort to bring smiles, joy and love to kids who spend majority of their time in hospitals.

On Saturday, Spread Smiles took over Pine Ridge Swim Club with food, fun games, raffles, and talented performers in order to raise money for kids in the hospital. Donations made went toward buying kids their favorite games, toys, and performers.
