Baltimore City's largest-ever Liposuction procedure starts on Monday.
The department of public works started chipping away at the so-called 'fatberg'.

The fatberg is a congealed lump of fat, mixed with wet wipes and other items that were found blocking a sewer pipe late last month.

The massive clog is causing sewage to overflow into the Jones Falls.
The work is expected to take at least a week and will cost around $60,000.
