Baltimore City is ready for the winter season, Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake declared in a press conference.
The Mayor toured a new salt barn and brine facility on W. North Ave on Monday morning as city officials finalized snow preparedness plans.
There is a $6.3 million budget for snow removal for the 2016-2017 season.
