Baltimore police say 22-year-old Akia Eggleston has been missing since May 3.
Family and friends became concerned when she did not show up for her baby shower and missed a prenatal doctors appointment.
"We don't believe this case involves foul play at this time," Baltimore police spokesperson Chief T.J. Smith said. "We are, however, concerned because she left and no one knows where she is."
