A group of students shot some hoops with a few Baltimore City police officers Wednesday.

The officers went to Patterson High School to play basketball with some of the members of the senior class during the last period of school.

"He would never stop working to build a positive relationship within the community. Actually, his partner is playing on the team, Officer Miller, he's actually playing as well," said Tiffany Clark, sister of Officer William Torbit, who was shot and killed by fellow police officers five years ago.

Clark said her brother was always trying to strengthen his connection with the community.

Police Commissioner Kevin Davis has developed several programs to generate a better relationship with the city's residents.
