Baltimore Police officer transported to Shock Trauma after being struck by car

BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating after a fellow officer was injured after being struck by a car Saturday morning.

Officials say the officer was struck at the the intersection of Whitelock and McCulloh.

That officer was taken to Shock Trauma. Their condition is unknown at this time.

Police say a 42-year-old woman was arrested during a traffic stop in the 2400 block of West Cold Spring in connection with the hit-and-run.

She was taken to Central Booking, where she faces charges.
