BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are looking for a missing 62-year-old man who was last seen on November 3.
Phillip Curbean was last seen wearing a brown jacket in the 1000 block of Harlem Avenue. He is 6 feet 2 inches and weighs approximately 200 pounds.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Phillip Curbean is asked to call 911.
