Baltimore Police found a missing 29-year-old who is mentally challenged and hearing impaired.
She was found Tuesday afternoon in Baltimore County, according to police.
Pinder is 5'0" and weighs approximately 160 pounds.
She is often seen at Security Square Mall in Baltimore County.
