BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are looking for a missing 17-year-old Kahiyah Gooding.
Kahiyah was last seen on February 18, at approximately 11 p.m., in the 1300 block of Woodbourne Avenue. On that day she was wearing a tie-dye shirt, gray sweatpants and pink Ugg boots.
Kahiyah is 5 feet 2 inches and weighs 174 pounds.
